ABOUT
Hi. I'm Bambi.
I hold mirrors.
I help women see what they’re too close to see in themselves — the patterns that are costing them, the weight they’ve normalized, the version of themselves they’ve been postponing.
That’s the work. That’s always been the work.
Most origin stories have a moment of collapse. Mine doesn’t.
My story is quieter.
I rebuilt my life slowly, on my own terms, and paid close attention to what that process actually required.
Not more strategy. Not more discipline.
I didn’t arrive here through a single breakthrough.
I arrived through a long, honest search for the thing underneath all the other things.
I tried it all. The books. The affirmations. The business blueprints. The meditation. The visualizations. The breathwork journeys that cracked me open and left me in tears on the floor, releasing something I didn’t even know I’d been holding.
Each one gave me something real. And each one eventually showed me its limit.
Breathwork could open the door. But people would crack open, and then return to the same patterns. The release wasn’t enough. Something deeper was still running the show.
That’s what led me to subconscious freedom work. Not cathartic like breathwork. Quieter. Clearer. A different kind of freedom…not an emotional release but a fundamental shift in identity. In the stories running so quietly beneath everything that you’ve almost stopped noticing them.
When I found it, I felt it immediately — not just in my clients, but in myself. The patterns that had been driving me without my permission began to lose their grip. And I understood, for the first time, that this wasn’t just another modality.
It was the foundation.
What it actually required was simpler than any of it:
Becoming someone who no longer needed to earn her place in her own life.
The women I’m drawn to are already doing the inner work.
Already self-aware. Already accomplished. Already asking the deeper questions.
What I notice in almost all of them is the same thing I noticed in myself:
A life that works — and a woman who hasn’t quite moved into it yet.
I also run Little Light Studio — a small space I built for the children I work with.
Same care, different humans.
I write on Substack because thinking out loud keeps me honest.
I have two Pomeranians and a golden retriever. Excellent mirrors, all three.
